Avanti Resort Orlando has just announced the development of a new 357-room stand-alone hotel tower on International Drive being designed by Baker Barrios. Named UNIQ Hotel, the tower will include up to 21 floors with an 8,000-square-foot roof-top pool and night club. It also will have a specialty restaurant, cafe area that will sit with a view of International Drive and a 500-space parking garage.
