Baker Barrios has designed the newest College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida.  This 136,200-square-foot medical school will begin construction early 2023 on the 25-acre site. “This will be really good for the area…Any time there’s an opportunity to train medical professionals, with a hospital nearby, there’s definitely synergy.” For the full article.

This 222-unit project designed by Baker Barrios Architects is the first Orlando multifamily community developed by Boca Raton-based Gables Residential .  The 5-story buildings will rise at 1801 Prospect Avenue, which was the previous site of the Orlando Navy Training Center.

Baker Barrios is working with a development team on a new mixed-use project in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood. The development will rise 12 stories and feature about 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and over 5,000 square feet for amenities, according to Zack Fox, Midtown Capital Partners’ managing partner.   For the entire article
