Since joining the firm in 1994, Rob Ledford’s career at Baker Barrios has given him exceptional insight into the integration of architecture, interior design, and project management. Ledford’s dynamic role and vast knowledge in all facets of the industry have allowed him to work closely with clients in public and private sectors, fostering relationships and strengthening the firm’s brand.
Ledford spearheaded the opening of Baker Barrios’ New York office in 2002 and Tampa office in 2005. He credits his success to the firm’s core values which emphasize the importance of mentorship, creative excellence, innovative solutions and long-term relationships for the next generation of talent.
His past achievements include stadiums and various athletic facilities at the United States Military Academy at West Point. In addition to Anderson Rugby Complex, Lacrosse Training Facility, Hoffman Press Box, Groves Golf Training Center, and Foley Athletic Center, Rob was also involved in Florida International University’s stadium expansion and master plan. In addition, the firm served as local architect of record for Orlando Kia Center, Camping World Stadium, and Solar Bears Training Facility.
