In 1993, architects Timothy Baker and Carlos Barrios set out to transform their surroundings and shape the future. Combining their decades of industry experience with their shared belief in innovative design and sustainable thinking, the two merged to form Baker Barrios.
Our Story
With time, our firm has transformed just as we’ve transformed our surroundings — growing from two founding architects to a team of over 120 specialists. And what was once a single office in downtown Orlando has since grown to four offices in some of the country’s most vital markets: including Tampa, Nashville, and Chicago.
As we grow, we seek to codify our passion for progress. To encourage and disseminate the spirit of innovation across our growing network of architects, we have designated our Centers of Excellence. These dedicated leaders serve our overall mission, combining expertise, rigor, and curiosity to impact change in our firm and across our industry.
